HR Bulletins exists to give HR professionals accurate, useful and clearly sourced information. These standards guide how we work.

Accuracy

We verify facts before publication, attribute information to its source and link to primary documents, studies and announcements wherever possible. Articles show when they were published and when they were last updated.

Corrections

When we make a factual error we correct it promptly and note the correction in the article. To report an error, please contact us with the article link and details.

Independence

Editorial decisions — what we cover and how — are made by HR Bulletins editors. HR Bulletins is powered by HR Virtual Expo. Companies that participate in HR Virtual Expo do not receive favorable coverage because of that participation, and coverage cannot be purchased.

Content labels

Every article that is not straight news carries a label:

  • Analysis — interpretation of news and data by our writers.
  • Research — reporting on studies, surveys and data.
  • Interview — conversations with people in the industry, edited for length and clarity.
  • Opinion — the author’s own views, which do not necessarily reflect those of HR Bulletins.
  • Industry Brief — a short summary of reporting by another publisher, credited and linked to the original.
  • Press Release — information provided by an organization, reviewed and edited by our editors.
  • Sponsored — content paid for by a sponsor. It is always labeled and is not produced by our newsroom.

Aggregated news

We highlight relevant reporting from other publishers using their publicly offered feeds. We publish only the headline, a brief excerpt or our own summary, the publisher’s name and a link to the original story. We do not republish full articles or other publishers’ images without permission.

Press releases and submissions

We welcome news from companies and organizations through our Submit News page. Every submission is reviewed by an editor. Submission does not guarantee publication, and we may edit, verify or decline any submission.
