This policy explains what information HR Bulletins collects when you use this website and how it is used.
Information you send us
When you use our Contact or Submit News forms, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email address, organization, phone number and message. We use them to review your submission and reply to you. Submissions are stored in our website’s administration area and sent to our editors by email.
To prevent abuse, the forms keep a one-way, non-reversible code derived from your connection’s IP address for up to one hour. Raw IP addresses are not stored by the forms.
Reading statistics
To show our “Most Read” list, the site counts article views anonymously. No cookies are set for this and no personal information is recorded.
Comments
If comments are enabled and you leave one, we collect the information shown in the comment form, along with your IP address and browser user agent, to help detect spam.
Links, sharing buttons and embedded content
Articles link to other websites and may include embedded content such as videos. Those websites may collect data about you under their own privacy policies. Our sharing buttons are simple links; no information is sent to social networks unless you click them.
Service providers
Our hosting provider processes technical data (such as server logs) needed to operate the website. If we add analytics or advertising services, we will update this policy to describe them.
How long we keep information
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond and for our editorial records, and delete them when no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have sent us. Please use our contact page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
