For a company profile, include

  • Company name, website, headquarters and service area
  • The HR categories you serve and the company sizes you work with
  • A short description and a longer company overview
  • Your logo (square SVG or PNG)
  • Optional: products and modules, features and benefits, integrations, screenshots, demo videos, webinars, whitepapers and consulting services
  • Optional: ratings or reviews only with a named, verifiable source

For an opportunity, include

  • Type: free trial, product demonstration, webinar, research download, special offer, consultation or request a quote
  • Title, description, who it is for and what to expect
  • Dates or deadline, and any eligibility rules
  • The working destination URL for registration, booking or download
  • Whether the link is promotional or affiliate-based, so it can be labeled
